The fishes

Our fishes come from european and french fishing. We favour short supply chains and local fishermen. Our fishes and seafood supply is under the influence of meteorological conditions that may have an impact on our availabilities.

Savoury and well accompanied

Our seafood menu features sea bass, scallops and octopus. Depending on availability, our Chef may also offer whole fish cooked in a salt crust in our charcoal oven. Each dish is paired with seasonal sides: seasonal mash, flame- or charcoal-grilled vegetables, butternut or chimichurri sauce — turning every fish into a generous, gourmet experience.
