Our fishes come from european and french fishing. We favour short supply chains and local fishermen. Our fishes and seafood supply is under the influence of meteorological conditions that may have an impact on our availabilities.
Savoury and well accompanied
Grilled Saint Pierre with rosemary, wild bass pavé roasted with sage, roasted cod, sole simply meunière with hazelnut butter make up our fishes menu. Depending on our arrivals, ouf Chefs will propose entire pieces cooked with a salt trust in our embers oven. Served with small potatoes and herbs, homemade mashed potatoes with salted butter, fricassee of seasonal vegetables or fries cooked with beef fat, our fishes will make a generous and gourmet dish. A very savoury moment indeed !
