Our wine cellar


Classified Grands crus and small wines full of character compose the cellar of L’Institution, your new restaurant in Deauville. A tailor-made selection realized by our sommelier and our 3 Chefs (cooks and pastry cook) to go with our dishes, the timeless ones along with the daily suggestions varying depending on the seasons and on the products.

White, red, rosé, foreign wines, Bordeaux, Bourgogne, vallée du Rhône, vins de Loire or vins du Beaujolais … our wines reflect our menu : exceptional. At L’Institution, your new gastronomic address on the Côte Fleurie, the promise is for you to discover the products of our regions. And speaking of wine, France conquered the world a long time ago !

And because each wine region possess a land of its own, their wines are unique along with their gustatory qualities. This richness and diversity, you’ll find in the wine cellar of L’Institution.

For the connoisseurs

There is nothing more thrilling than to create tailor-made wine and dish pairings that will dazzle your meal by their audacity and their aromas.

Your ordered red meat ? Our sommelier will suggest a powerful red wine. Shellfish or seafood platter ? A dry or effervescent white wine. A white meat with sauce or a poultry ? Give a try to a fat and smooth white wine. And of course to go with our delicious desserts, a sweet wine it is.

If amateurs will let themselves be guided by our sommelier, connoisseurs will exercice their palates on the grands crus of our cellar. To give you exemples, they could choose a Pauillac Château Haut Bages Libéral 2012 (dark hues and wood and cedar aromas), a Pauillac Château Mouton de Rothschild 2016 (beautiful cherry red hues, dark and intense, and black fruits mixed with cocoa and biscuits notes aromas), a Saint-Emilion Domaine Quinault L’Enclos (silky and delicate sensation in the mouth, floral touches and subtle aromas) or a Haut-Médoc Château Camensac 2009 (dark and shiny hues, intense notes of red berries, supple and silky in the mouth).
